IMPACT:
$5,406,509 in Missouri Recoveries & Recoupment Avoidances Since 2010!

When a beneficiary is underpaid by a pension/ retirement savings plan, the project helps them get the underpayment from the plan –i.e. a recovery. When a beneficiary is overpaid by a plan, the project helps them obtain a waiver of recoupment of overpayment by the plan, i.e. a recoupment avoidance).

Corporate mergers, bankruptcies, and a volatile stock market mean that more people than ever are in need of basic pension help. Navigating pensions is difficult at best – and nearly impossible for many.

South Central Pension Rights Project (SCPRP) can help you – at no charge!

SCRP provides free personalized assistance in obtaining earned retirement income benefits, including locating lost retirement income benefits from former employers and resolving disputes over benefit eligibility or amounts.

The project counselors can answer personalized answers to your questions about retirement income benefits and the laws that govern them.

The counselors can help with defined benefit plans, hybrid pension plans, defined contribution plans (like 401(k), 403(b), 457 defined contribution plans, and other profit-sharing plans.
