Falls Prevention Awareness Day Is September 23. Remind Your Friends With an E Card

Falls card grab

Falls Prevention Awareness Day is just around the corner. September 23 is the official kickoff for a month’s worth of special activities designed to make people aware of the special things they can do to stay on their feet – and stay out of the hospital.

This year, the Missouri Department of Health and Senior Services is featuring a special E Card that can be shared with friends to help get them involved in the Falls Prevention program.

To send an E Card to your friends, simply visit the MO DHSS website at this linkĀ http://health.mo.gov/ecard/index.php , select the Falls Prevention card, personalize it – and send it on its way.

It’s simple. It’s fast. And it helps us get the word out about Falls Prevention Day in Missouri.
