Special Session To Restore Senior Cuts Unlikely

Missouri Senate President Pro Tem Ron Richard indicated that a special session designed to restore funding cuts to various programs for seniors and disabled Missourians is unlikely during this calendar year. Richard cited end-of-year scheduling problems and a lack of response from Governor Greitens as the major roadblocks to convening the special legislative session.
