Funding For Marketplace Health Insurance Cut

The Department of Health and Human Services has announced that it will drastically cut spending for programs designed to promote Affodable Care Act health insurance policies. Ad budgets for the program will be cut by 90% to $10 million and support for the Navigator program that provides direct assistance to new enrollees will also be cut by 39%.
