Auditor Looks At How Legislation Has Increased Budget Shortfall

State Auditor Nicole Galloway has released information indicating that some budget shortfalls may have been caused by lgislation passed by previous Missouri Legislatures. Some corporate tax cuts for out-of-state transactions were identified as one possible area of concern. The way Missouri handles Medicaid programs could be another area of interest as the audits continue.
